What are the guidelines for my submission?

please send in a description (with optional photo) before December 31, 2023 explaining your first Kate Spade moment or memory. Be sure to check the Official Rules to see a list of the contest restrictions and make sure your submission follows these guidelines:

Must be in jpg, png, gif format
Must not exceed 10 mb in size
Must not exceed 50 words
Description must be in English

When will I see my photo after I upload it?

All optional images submitted must be approved by the administrator of the promotion before appearing on the site. Please allow three business days for your photo to be approved. If your image doesn't appear in the gallery after three days read below for some reasons why this may be happening:

The Submission must be your original work. The Submission must be must have been created by the entrant and must be truthful.
The Submission must not convey any claims of Sponsor’s products or services that would be deemed unsubstantiated or deceptive if made by Sponsor.
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement and therefore must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor.
The Submission must not contain content created by a third party, such as images or artwork.
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, or any other person or party.
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, sexually explicit, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.
Your Submission must not make references to or include alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons, any activities that are or appear to be dangerous, or any political agenda.
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.

Can I change the image I uploaded?

Images cannot be modified or deleted once they are submitted for any reason.

How can I view my image online?

After your image has been approved, you can go to https://www.katespade.com/handbags/collections/anniversary and look for your submission in the contest gallery.

What should I do if my image doesn’t show up in the Gallery?

If you've tried to enter again because you don't see it in the gallery, please note that it may take up to 72 hours for it to appear, as it goes through a quick screening process first.

I entered the contest, but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

Please search your inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com. If you still cannot find the email, please fill out the contact form to let us know you didn’t receive your confirmation email so that we can assist.

How do they determine finalists?

At the conclusion of the submission phase a panel of qualified judges, whose decisions regarding selection of winners are final and binding, will select the Finalists.

After the conclusion of the Contest Period, our team will select the three entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions based on the following Judging Criteria:

Related to prompt (50%);
Quality of submission (20%);
Enthusiasm for Kate Spade brand (15%); and
Creativity (15%).

Subject to the entrants’ compliance with these Official Rules, the entrant whose Submission receives highest score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The two (2) entrants whose Submissions received the next highest scores are the potential First Prize, winners.

When will the winner be notified?

The winner will be contacted within the first two weeks of the month following their entry. The winner will be notified via email from the contact information provided upon registration.

I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?

Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.

I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.

Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
